adam continued to suck out on brian about 6-7 times on the river adn brian was of
course out at 20:34. the earliest recorded time yet for brian. DOH! he was tilting
and played heads-up with himself and came out even with a red circle green king, so
he went home earl, got the bracelet in themail and got his .26c back. HE WON! and
lost, i think ;) for details ask dave.
adam was the short stack with only 6k in chips compared to roys 11k but in one
all-in from them both, adam had all the chips minus about 1k left over for roy to
think... hmmmm, im still in this! too bad we opted for a winner-take-all 70euro
prize! doh! for hand details, ask the players, beebz was drinkin 9,2% beer n cant
remember ;)
it was over quick, another cash game ensued after but beebzz took his green king
loss/win home early n fell asleep no the couch to a nice deep stack 500k high stakes
poker re-run on pokertube. ahhhh the life.
zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz RAISE!
huh.... zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz ALL IN ALL IN!
zzzzzzzzzzzzz SUCK OUT!?! AGAIN!
DOH!
b
An early cash game of 4 players showed up big for somemm less for others. for more
detailed information, ask them :)
18:55 hit and we couldnt wait any longer! Maurice was the newbie in the game so some
fresh blood is always welcome! He held his own n did well to boot. Woulda even got
points, HAHA Go Maurice!
The game began with alotttttta action! chips flyin everywhere and kids goin ALL-IN
like it was a .10c tourney and not a 10euro one. DANG! That spelled disaster for
some nd bossed the other up quite nice with 5 rebuys and 1 add-ons putting the pot
up to 142euro for the winner of a 6-man match VERY NICE!
beebzz perspective: I thought I was playin good until that one big dominated call
for all my chips holdin KJo to Andy's AJo and watda know? the flop comes 2 3 5, then
my KING! and of course to end my evening the earliest of the entire YEAR of playin!
the 4 came on the river and BANG! Beebzz was felted at 21:26! BAMM! DOEI! OUCH.
number one out. "poker happens"
Ive just coined my own phrase! NICE.
The next out was the CHIP LEADER ADAM! who was holding onto 10k in chips that slowly
leaked away until the big bang, first with Q9 vs Q10 tthen his KQ walked into Daves KK when he hit a Q on the flop finally going out with 8 8 in the small blind walking into Andy's AA in the big blind. It really seemed like the night ofhte big blind!! BANG! DOEI! he was #2 out, welcome to the no points
club! DOH!. (for more details see adam :) so of course a side cash game began that I
have more info on but is irrelevant.
a 4-man game continued with Maurice, Roy, Dave and andy all shovin' their chips in, makin
moves and stealin! Dave ended up going out when he was down to 5x the BB and pushed with KJ in the and got called by Andy's KQ in the BB, he was out in 3rd, then the final Hand Andy got his 7 8 in against KQ suited against Roy and Roy hit his Flush on the turn.... and takes down another tourney, well done Roy.
YEA! details evade me but the final result ended like this:
Cashes:
ROY 127euro +/-
ANDY 42euro +/-
Points:
Roy 10pts!
Andy 8pts!
Dave 6pts
Maurice (finished 4th so no points were awarded this week!)
Leaderboard looks like so!
Rankings
1. Dave: 76 pts
2. Roy: 72 pts
3. Robbert: 60 pts
4. Brian: 56 pts
5. Reinder: 54 pts
6. Adam: 48 pts
7. Andy: 42 pts
-- out of the running --
Liam, Juha, Stuart
----------------
....
Of course following the tourney began ANOTHER dealers choice cash game that had
Adam and Brian straddlin their omaha deals like crazy once we hit the big table!
yea! big pots big wins and an explosive finish that moved a 45euro pot in one hand from to Dave (the final hand of all things). OUCH. let me say one thing about that: A ONE TIME GIFT, ENJOY (I will enjoy it, I will save some of it, to take some more money from you next game ;)). IM
COMIN 4 IT. ;D
hahahaha NICE!

------------------ email-begins-now:
by the way---I hit the bad beat JACKPOT for 15,000 dollars a couple weeks
ago----I'll tell you how it went! I was killing the game bought in for 500 and had
it up to 1700 or so. I look down and I have 10-6 of spades- and was under the gun.
So of course i raise!--LOL=---(i was killing them so it didnt matter) I raised to
40-----got 4 callers. Flop was 7-8-9 of spades. LOL----flopped straight FLUSH. I
checked and this guy next to me bet 200. Another guy called and I called -----the
turn was a 7--which paired the board. I checked again and he bet ALL-IN 475
dollars, this other guy called then I pushed ALL-IN, the other guy also called. POT
was about 2500 dollars....I turned over STRAIGHT FLUSH AND THE OTHER GUY had
QUADS!!!! BAD BEAT!!! EVERYONE went BERZERK___CRAZY! The guy with quads got 34k
and I got 15k. They took taxes out so I ended up with 11k plus about 4-5k from
winning throughout the night----SICK!!!!

Everything started in a flurry of chips being thrown around crazy! The funny part
was they were all going in ONE DIRECTION: BRIAN's.
At the end of the 3rd Round, 5 players were roughly in the same neighborhood of
2.500 in chips and Brian had 17.500, a BIG CHIP LEADER. How could this be? Easy,
everytime Brian would take a stab at the pot, there was "the fish of the nite",
ADAM. He rebought 5-6x that nite, bossin Brian up everytime and goin back into his
pocket for another. Adam just would not give him credit for a hand (and was the
first to go out in the tourny).
After the Add-on period and start of round 4, everyone had roughly 5k and Brian also
added-on for shits-n-giggles and held a cool 20k. Adam couldn't catch a break and
was knocked out one more time quickly by Brian, poof.
Next was a short stack in Andy hittin the bricks hard after runnin into Brian's
pocket A's that hit a set on the flop, ouch. Robbert took the last 1.000 of Andy's
stack and the two dealers were set in stone. Everyone else was welcomed to the
"points club" by the enthusiastic chip leader as the game continued.
Reinder and Robbert were next to go out against Brian and it left only Roy standing,
or well sitting in the lowrider chair of the evening. MOOI.
Brian still held a chip leader with about 25k to roys 20k and when it came time to
throw it in, they both did. the pot was about 15k with Brian's AKo goin down to
Roy's AJo with a Jack on the flop, that held up. This took ~Brian for a surproise
being in the chip lead for 4.5hours and it was a quick finish after this.
The chips stacks were about even now w/ Roy's 25k to Brian's 20k... the details get
a bit foggy here after rebuying with Reinder the whole nite Rose wine, (DANG BLURRY)
Brian jumped all in with middle pair 9's while the flop told Roy to call with top
pair 10's. After a few minutes of lookin over the board adn his options, it was a
definite call, sweeping the rug out from under the nites chip leader adn takin down
the big cash of 135 adn leavin Brian with the measly crumbs of 45.
Brian knows it was a bad ALL-IN move but havin that big nite and that bottle of wine
in ya makes everything a lil sweeter and sexy when it comes to hittin the flop
heads-up, but hey, theres always the next tourney.
TILL NEXT TIME!
Keep yer eyes peeled and them chips clankin'.
ROCK AAN!

LUV IT!
After a 3-day rush of cards, I went card dead.
what can I say? HAPPENS.
Lost $35 of my $100 profit n stopped.
ENDED MY EASTER POKER WEEKEND (IN PROFIT)
BANKROLL: $181.73
PROFIT: $65.40
CASHED OUT: $50
:D NICE.
Till next time!
YEAYEA!
HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?
HOW ARE THEY PLAYIN SO BAD AT THESE LEVELS?
I was grindin it out with swings to both ends at the .02/.05c levels before this
weekend. but with a stroke of luck, my big gamble paid off. Playin .50/1.00 this
morning felt a bit too risky, so I took it down to half that. I'm winning pots
CONSISTENTLY at the .25/.50c levels and this is defintely worth my time & money. THe
minimum buy-in risk($10) doesn't feel that much anymore because of the major
winnings possible when patient.
How can this be? It seems too easy. Hmmm...
Im very intrested in seeing where this is going.
IM HOOKED.
BANKROLL: $192.13 (PROFIT: +$75.80)
anyone else find this intresting? comments?
HAHAH NICE!
POT LIMIT IS GREAT!
Since I usually wait for the nuts (&BB)
now one can push me off the hand with a decent bluff...
POT LIMIT. SAFER. HUGE UP NOW! NICE!
BANKROLL: $181.53 (PROFIT: +$63)
HELLA!
I'm going to be playin at (around) those stacks all weekend
so stay tuned for more ongoing coverage!
Long Story short...
I played a RING GAME $1/2 PLHE tonite
instead of my usual RING $.02/0.5 NLHE game
and bought in for the MIN $40 (almost my entire bankroll DOH!)
got busted and came back for more cas the competition was NOT FIERCE
deposited AGAIN (DOH!) bought in for MIN $40 AGAIN
and logged out after a full hour with $134.70.
1 SESSION WINNINGS: $55
BANKROLL: $30+ profit
WHY PLAY MICRO WHEN YOU WIN FROM BIGGER FISH?
THEYRE NOT THAT GREAT. BIGGER MONEY IS SITTIN THERE.
WHY GRIND IT UP WHEN YOU CAN MOVE FAST? BIGGER SWINGS, BUT WORTH MY TIME.
LUVIN IT! RISKY? SURE BUT IT FELT RIGHT SO I WENT WITH IT.
HAHAH! NICE! BIG FISH ROCK! THANKS FISHIES! YEA!
I've been playin online poker for 2months.

Poker Observations of the Lam
So here it was; a wonderful night to behold lay before my woolly feet as I trod fearlessly back into the world of poker stars. Under the guidance of the legendary Tenakalaz I took part in the 45 seater in line for a dollar (paid for by the aforementioned).
It was going well for me until I had to take a call in the real world, and subsequently got blinded down so much that when I returned it was all I could to but watch my all in on two high cards.
At least it gave me a chance to watch the Ten' go about his game and as he took down the 150 euros in the last home game I thought some research may be useful anyway. And that's the main reason for this blogg; his careful strategy deserves closer inspection for the sake of my bankroll.
He started copybook tight; tight is right, in the early stages. It was not until the field come down to two tables did he loosen up slightly. He created a very nice image by folding slowly at times, quickly at others. No chat.
He let the lunatics get their chips stack and lose them, a lot of it finding its way to him.
Here I must admit I tried my best to put his off by typing odd words in the chat box but he had it sorted.
He played a few careful but committed bluffs against the correct opponents and played his A-game until the field was down to seven, then he used the credit he gained from his tight image to be able to take some high blinds down pre-flop.
He was safe and waited for his cards. When they came he coaxed others into a hand and knocked them out.
What was noticeable about his game was the discipline he showed in making it to the final table and then being able to switch his game to a more aggressive style. As the players remaining came down to four he was super aggressive, and it was not long between until it was between him and the other best player in the tourney were heads up.
Here, when a little luck was needed he had none and had his K7 suited (I think) blown away by an AQ off suit.
A great game to watch…
I was thinking that maybe it is not fair to submit these observations; we will all get a chance to play him and use what we know about his game against him, but when he can switch his style so effectively, will reading this make him any easier to play? I doubt it.
But it could help us.
